Jase Michael Rader, infant son of Jon M. Rader and Amanda Marie Pierce Rader of Columbus, died at 12:05 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013, at Columbus Regional Hospital, one hour after his birth.
Surviving with his parents are grandparents, Angela S. Lee of Columbus, David Allen (Waunita) Pierce of Taylorsville, and Joe and Kim Rader of Edinburgh; great-grandparents, Mona Pierce of Taylorsville and John and Paula Lee of Jacksonville, FL; and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by a great-grandfather, Windell Pierce, who died June 18, 2013.
