Doris R. Wilson July 07, 1955 - January 24, 2009 Doris Rose Wilson, 53, of E. Dudley Avenue, Indianapolis, died at 11:10 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2009, in Columbus, Indiana. Doris Rose Wilson quietly left this earth with her loving family holding one hand and the Lord grasping the other to lead her home. She will be so dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Doris was born July 7, 1955 in Columbus and attended grade school and North High School in Columbus. She attended Grace Baptist Church. After meeting the love of her life, Lewis Mack Wilson, they married, loved and worked in Indianapolis, maintaining and refurbishing homes there. She was preceded in death by her dad, Frank McGuire. She is survived by her husband, Lewis Mack Wilson; mother, Vivian McGuire Walls and stepfather, Ken Walls; three sisters, Teresa Clarkson of Columbus, Indiana, Rene (Richard) Hamilton of Columbus, Indiana and Terri (Shannon) Lackey of Columbus, Indiana; a brother, Shawn (Sherry) McGuire of Columbus, Indiana; two sons, David (Michelle) Waggoner of North Vernon, Indiana and Derek Waggoner of Indianapolis, Indiana; two daughters, Vicki (John) Ent of Seymour, Indiana and Chanda (Kevin) Hackman of Seymour, Indiana; and grandchildren, Brandon and Cassie Norman, David Waggoner Jr., Devin, Tyler and Shaylee Ent and Jeremiah and Jalen Hackman; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information VISITATION: Monday, January 26, 2009 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Jewell - Rittman Family Funeral Home and also Tuesday from noon until the time of service. FUNERAL: The funeral will be conducted Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, with the Rev. Glenn Poynter officiating.
