Survivors include sons, Randy and Eddie Andrews, both of Verden, Okla., and daughters, Teresa Andrews of Clinton, Okla. and Cindy (Rick) Swayze of Columbus; brothers, Charles Austerman of Elizabethtown and Richard Austerman of Scipio; eight granchildren and five great grandchildren. Mrs. O'Neil was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Andrews, and her second husband, Patrick O'Neil.
