Survivors include her husband, Donald Ray Cox; her mother, Mary Green of Medora; sons, Aaron Cox and Donald Cox Jr., both of Columbus, and Anthony Ward of Medora; daughters, Destynie Cox of Columbus and Jessica Green of Medora; sisters, Carla Ward and Tanya Caudill of Medora; brothers, Ronald (Karen) Ward of Franklin and Daryl Ward of Medora. She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Ward. Funeral Information FUNERAL: Will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Wesley Jones officiating.
