Born in Edmonton, Ky., January 15, 1928, Mr. Fields was the son of Basil and Patrey Shirley Fields.

Terry) Branum of No. Vernon, IN; Annette (Chuck) Lee of Nashville, IN; Debbie (Paul) Eversole of Madison, IN.; Sons, Robert Wayne (Sharon) Fields of Edinburgh, IN; James (Paula) Baker of Nineveh, IN; John Baker of Nashville, IN.; Kenny (Charity) Baker of Bloomington, IN; Sisters, Joyce Houshour, Marie Burton, Flossie Bowling and Betty Saltsman all of Columbus,IN. Brother, Tommy Fields of Arizona.
He was preceded in death by a Sister, Barbara Harper; Brothers, Henry Fields, Paul Fields, Carlos Fields, Phillip Fields & Joe Fields
