Mr. Walker was a retired Vice President of Research and Development from Portland Cement Association. Born in Bowling Green, Indiana, August 23, 1914, Mr. Walker was the son of David and Bertha Byers Walker. Joseph married Ruth Eleanor Cooprider on January 30, 1936. He is survived by sons, Thomas "Tim" D. Walker of Princeton Junction, NJ and James A. Walker of Lombard, IL. Joseph was preceded in death by his wife on June 1, 2000 and his parents.
