well gma its been a long 5.5yrs and i miss more as much if not more than i did the day i got the news you had passed. I want to tell you that gpa isnt doing well at all and shoul dbe heading up to be with you shortley. I will be visiting with him 2morrow at the hospital and on friday i heard he will be moved to hospice. But that is OK becuz he is ready as he always has been to meet the lord. Until we meet and hug again gma i luv and miss u here on earth.

Cummins Retiree Edith Mae Sapp, 81, of Countess Drive in Columbus, died at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2005 at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus. Mrs. Sapp was co-owner of Sapps Grocery and was previously employed at Arvin Industries and retired from Cummins Engine Company. She was a member of Lighthouse Tabernacle Church in Columbus. She enjoyed collecting antiques and musical instruments. Mrs. Sapp was born June 26, 1924 in Jackson County, the daughter of C. Raymond and Ethel Clark Burns. She married Carl Lee Sapp on Dec. 6, 1945. Survivors include her husband, of Columbus; sons, Tony M. (Shirley A.) Sapp of Seymour, Ricky J. (Alicia G.) Sapp of Seymour, Tracy D. Sapp DDS of Clayton, and Troy K. Sapp of Columbus; sisters, Velma K. Pruitt of Columbus and Laura M. Nichols of North Vernon; six grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; and four step greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a greatgrandchild.
