Carolyn S. Meece

Carolyn S. Meece, 57, of Nashville, died at 3:59 a.m. May 19, 2019, at I.U. Health Methodist, Indianapolis. Carolyn was born December 29, 1961, in Columbus, the daughter of Donald E. and Myrtle Alman Knusen.  She married Randy Meece January 7, 2012. She had been employed at Caltherm Corp. for 21 years. She loved her dog and spending time with her family. Family and friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. There will be no funeral service and cremation is planned. Memorial donations can be made to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home to help with final expenses. Survivors include her husband, Randy; children, Chastity Wood of Vetersburg, Indiana, and  Jasper Wood and Mitchel Wood, both of Columbus; sisters, Judy Goins of Columbus and Debbie (Terry) Crank of Seymour; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
