Mary Lou Baldwin, 68, of East Main Street, died February 19, 2019, at her home. Mary was born February 8, 1951, in Vicco, Kentucky, the daughter of George W. and C. Pauline Hamilton Cates. She married Robert E. Baldwin May 30, 1998. She had previously worked at the Bartholomew County Library and was a member of 6th Street General Baptist Church. Mary was an avid reader, an artist and loved old TV shows such as I Love Lucy and British television. The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2019, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Teike officiating. Calling will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday. Memorials may be made to National Kidney Foundation. Survivors include her husband, Robert; daughters, Stacey (Todd) Harry of Elizabethtown and Dana Bissey of Bloomington; a sister, Regina Cates of Jasper; grandchildren, Cooper Harry and Connor Harry; first cousin / sister, Denise Justice of Washington, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Patrick Andrews.
