SERVICES:Visitation will be one from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. Saturday July 7, 2018 at the Jewell - Rittman Family Funeral Home. There will be no service. Memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses. Billy Ray Brown, 64, of Bloomington, passed away on June 27, 2018. Billy was born July 7, 1953 in Barren County, Kentucky, the son of Edward Lee and Ruby Mildred Frazier Brown. Survivors include a daughter Paula Moore of Columbus; grandchildren Zachary and Chelsea Moore; brothers Johnny (Denise) Brown of Columbus and Danny Brown of Bloomington; sisters Sandra Blair of Bloomington and JoAnn (Charles) McBride of Hope. He was preceded in death by his father Edward Lee Brown; his mother Ruby Mildred Frazier Perry; his wife Kathy Lea Brown; and sisters Betty Lankey and Martha Watkins.
