SERVICES: A celebration of Amber’s life will be held from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018, at the Salvation Army in Shelbyville, 136 East Washington Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176 Amber Dawn Austerman, 44, of Scipio, passed away March 25, 2018, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. She was born November 15, 1973, in Shelbyville, to Steve and Jan Robinson Jeffries. She married Robert Austerman on February 14, 1995. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading and flower gardening, and loved spending time with her family. Amber was an avid animal lover and enjoyed riding the motorcycle with her husband. Her husband, Robert, their two sons, Benjamin and Anthony Austerman, and her parents, Steve and Jan Jeffries of Shelbyville, survive along with her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rick and Linda Austerman of Columbus; a stepsister, Sabrina Garth; and several nieces and nephews. Amber was preceded in death by her grandparents, Evelyn and Norman Allabaugh, and two uncles, Michael Robinson and Alan Robinson.
