Sincere wishes and prayer for the extended Dugan family. Dr. Dugan practiced medicine with my Dad Herman Echsner for 50 years; a true match of faith, partnership, values, temperament and efficiency. I had the honor of talking with Tom recently at the Four Seasons Center while visiting my Dad, who happens to be residing at the same location. All of the Echsners respected Dr. Dugan a great deal, especially his dedication to his family, his faith, and his professionalism of healing and comforting. I know that my Dad and Mom both mourn his loss. Let me speak on their behalf and express sorrow and sympathy, yet great appreciation for his life and vocation. A great man.
Sincerest condolences to the entire Dugan Family.
Thomas Dugan was a great doctor, and individual. He helped me through some very tough times, which I will never forget. He went above and beyond his duties’ with the care of my mother. My prayers are with his family at this difficult time. I know God has another Angel with him today.
Dr. Dugan was a very kind and compassonate person. He always took time to listen. That extra effort was as healing as the medicine he would precribe. I remember when he had given me an injection in my jaw for some TMJ issues, and he called me on Saturday morning just to make sure I was recovering OK from that injection. That kind of caring, did not go unnoticed by our family. He was a great man.
Dr. Dugan, such a good doctor and good man. You took care of my late wife, Carol and me for a lot of years. We were sad when you retired, but you earned it many times over. Now you have received your promised peace, but the world is a lesser place without you.
Barbara and I were sorry to hear about TOM he delivered all 3 of my sons and was a great friend
My thoughts are will the Dugan family in this difficult time. The Dugans were always such a close-knit family, and that’s a testament to their father, I’m sure. Please excuse my absence at the services, but know that I sent an extra hug for Margaret with Kari and Nina. My condolences.
Anne, my deepest condolences to you and your family during this very difficult time. My prayers are with you.
Our Family have been life long friends and patients of Dr. Dugan’s. Not only an outstanding Doctor, but a devoted Family man. He was also about as close to being a Priest, without ordination as one could be. Our Loss is Heaven’s Gain!
