Terry was born Nov. 13, 1955, in Shelbyville, the son of Bobby Allen and Geraldine “Jerri” Meyer Mosier. He married Melinda James Oct. 3, 1980. He was a graduate of Franklin College and had retired from Sonoco Flexible Packing in Edinburgh. He attended Faith Victory Church for over 20 years. Terry enjoyed fishing and gardening, along with spending time and playing with his grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 2, 2017, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with David James, Melinda’s brother, officiating. Calling hours will be from 6 p.m. until service time Thursday. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association through the funeral home. Survivors include his wife, Melinda of 36 years; daughters, Alissa (Joseph) Russell of Carmel and Kelley (Christian) McDonald of Columbus; brothers, Randy (Jennifer) Mosier of Columbus and Michael (Susan) Mosier of Lexington, Kentucky; sister, Karen (Jim) Ludeman of Columbus; and two grandchildren, Zoe McDonald and Jasper Russell. He was preceded in death by his father.
