William H. Lovelace

William H. Lovelace, 58, of Elm Street, died at 3:57 a.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at Methodist Hospital. William was born February 9, 1958, in Indianapolis, the son of Leroy Lovelace and Alberta LaFollette. He married Doris M. Herren October 12, 2002. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. He loved fishing, hunting, cooking and gardening. William especially loved spending time with his family. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2016, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Reeves officiating. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the time of service Friday. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association through the funeral home. Survivors include his wife, Doris; children, Cassandra (Jason) Wagner of Columbus, Sean Lovelace, Travis Lovelace and Ryan Thompson, all of Indianapolis and Matthew Thompson of Columbus; brothers, Tim (Karen) Lovelace of Columbus, Danny (Robin) Lovelace of Indianapolis, David Lovelace of Arkansas, and Larry LaFollette of Indianapolis; a sister, Jackie Lovelace of Bloomington; and a grandson, Austin Vincent. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Lovelace.
