Kathleen Crystal Palacios Santos, 21, of Columbus, died July 18, 2016. Survivors include her mother, Sonia Palacios Santos of Columbus; father, Jose Melendrez of Columbus; and a sister, Silem (Christopher) Pierce Navarro of Greencastle, Indiana. Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
