April 2, 2016, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Columbus. Survivors include her sons Terry (Beverly) Hehe and Gary (Robbyn) Hehe both of Columbus, Alan Hehe of Ft. Pierce, Florida; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; as well as several brothers.  She was preceded in death by her husband Dale Warren Johnson; parents William & Flossie Norton Spicer; a son Phillip Hehe; and one brother.
