He is survived by his father, Harold Fields of Camden, Tennessee; sons, Mike (Jennifer) Fields of North Vernon and Brandon Fields of Columbus; daughter, Brandy Ann Lewis of Nicholasville, Kentucky; brother, Wayne (Joyce) Collins of Columbus; sister, Judy Fields of Cumberland, Kentucky; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mable (Burkhart) Smith; brother, Richard “Bug” Fields; and sisters, Marie “Sissy” Collins and Gail Hunt.
