Survivors include her mother, Vontrice Jackolyn Smith of Muncie; a son, Brian Knight of Columbus; daughters, Shannon Grimes of Muncie, Amber Hancher of Columbus and Bobbie Jo Tarr of Muncie; a brother, Michael Brown of Muncie; a sister, Terri Coratser of Muncie; and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin L. Brown, and her husband, Monty Hancher.
