Vicki Jane Downey, 67, of Waycross Drive, died the morning of Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Vicki was born May 1, 1948, in Terre Haute, the daughter of Loren B. and Gertrude I. Hurst Downey. Vicki graduated from Honey Creek High School in Terre Haute. She then graduated from beauty college and was a hair dresser. Vicki attended the Wesleyan Church. Survivors include her sister, Judy Jewell of Columbus; nephew, Keith Jewell of Elizabethtown; niece, Diane Smith of Columbus; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Loren B. and Gertrude I. Hurst Downey; sister, Mollie Harris; and niece, Mindie Jewell.To view Vicki's memorial video, please CLICK HERE
