Henderson, 69, of North Vernon, died Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at her home. Kay was born July 23, 1946 in Columbus, the daughter of Benjamin and Dorothy Molson Smith. She married Marion L. Henderson who preceded her in death January 16, 1985. Kay loved to knit and crochet. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved spending time with her grandkids. Survivors include her son, Bob (Christy) Land of North Vernon; daughter, Teresa (Craig) Wiseman of Houston, Texas; brother, Bruce (Glenda) Smith of Tampa Bay, Florida; sister, Debra Wood of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Brittany Land, Stephanie Johnson, Heather Sanchez, David Wiseman, Kindra Irwin, Emily Dulong, Nick Dulong and Joseph Dulong; and great grandchildren, Haleigh Johnson, L.J. Irwin, Destiny Sanchez, Damien Sanchez and Dominic Sanchez. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marion; and a brother, Johnny Smith.
