Rosie was born March 17, 1940 in Columbus, the daughter of Joseph F. and Mildred G. Bechelli Pelley. She married Roscoe Eugene Williams on June 10, 1964 at St. Anges Catholic Church in Brown County, and in June of 2014 they celebrated 50 wonderful years together. Rosie was a 1958 graduate of Columbus High School, and was a lifelong member of St. Barholomew Catholic Church. Rosie was a loving and generous mother and grandmother, being highly involved in her children's lives. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She was an avid Girl Scout leader when her daughters were in scouting. Prior to having children, Rosie was a telephone operator with Indiana Bell. In her retirement years, Rosie enjoyed collecting and restoring vintage jewelry, as well as travelling to visit her sister in Kentucky. Survivors include her children Missy Williams Hall of New Palestine, Indiana, Annie (Coy) Lickliter of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Troy (April) Williams of Columbus, Mandy (Joshua Emerson) Williams of Westfield, Indiana; grandchildren Christian & Ellē Williams, Chase Hall, Park & Carly Lickliter; sisters Judy (Tom) Carmer and Rita (Joe) Dell both of Columbus; and a brother Dave (Barbara) Pelley of Columbus.. She was preceded in death by her husband Roscoe Eugene Williams; a granddaughter Savannah Rose Hall, her parents Joseph F. Mildred G. Bechelli Pelley, and a sister Vicky L. Fontana.

Rosie was a sweet lady.Anytime I’ve seen her along the years,she was always smiling. I’m sorry for your loss Rita and family. I hope Rita remembers me from Jefferson School,we worked together.God bless and again so sorry.
