Eli Johnson FINAL RESTING PLACE: New Providence Cemetery Austin, Indiana VISITATION: 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friday at the church Prime Rose Banks, 73, of Clifford, died at 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Prime was born May 21, 1941, in Crockettsville, Kentucky, the daughter of Albert and Julia Sebastians McIntosh. She married David C. Gabbard who preceded her in 2000. She then married Joseph Leslie Banks in 2007. Prime was a member of Revival Full Gospel Tabernacle in Clifford. Survivors include her husband; son, Allen (Kathy) Gabbard of Austin; daughter, Mary (Gary) Hollin of West Lafayette; sisters, Hanie Louise Turner and Edna (Vernon) Hollon both of Austin; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, David C. Gabbard; brothers, Virgil, RJ and Delbert McIntosh; and a sister, Arva Turner.
