SERVICES: Shall be conducted Tuesday, September 9th, 2014 at 10: 30 a.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church with Pastor Mark Teike officiating. VISITATION: Shall be Monday, September 8th, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home and on Tuesday one hour prior to the services at the church. BURIAL: Shall be in Garland Brook Cemetery. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS: The family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or School, Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, the Alzheimer's Association, or the donor's choice of charities. Mary Louise Lienhoop, 88, of Westport, died at 7:09 P.M. Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Miller's Merry Manor in Hope. Mrs. Lienhoop attended St. Paul's Lutheran School in Jonesville and was a graduate of Shields High School in Seymour, Indiana. She worked at Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh and also Cummin's Engine Company prior to taking an active role in the family farm operation. A member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, she was a former member of the adult choir, Mary Martha Circle, and was active in other church activities. She also was a former member of the WTK Homemaker Extension Club and played bridge for over 40 years. She enjoyed being with her grandchildren and her three youngest great-grandchildren who live nearby. Born in Jackson County, February 25, 1926, Mrs. Lienhoop was the daughter of Carl & Dorothy Kiel Burbrink. She married Louis H. Lienhoop September 19, 1948 in Jonesville. He died May 20, 1995. She was a wonderful cook, especially known for her home made noodles. Mary was a very kind hearted, gentle person who spoke no ill of anyone. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Survivors include sons, Carl (Debbie) Lienhoop of Hartsville & Tim (Wanda) Lienhoop of Greensburg; a daughter Nadine (Tim) Warlick of Sahuarita, Arizona. She is also survived by two sisters, Catherine Nolting of Columbus and Lucille Nolting of Columbus. Grandchildren include Josh (Liana) Lienhoop, and Dan (Jeanne) Lienhoop, and Adam (fiancé, Courtney Reinhart) Lienhoop all of Hartsville, Cole Lienhoop of Greensburg, Craig (fiancé Amy Benoit) Warlick of Lawrence, Kansas, Ross Warlick of Sahuarita, Arizona, Kent Warlick of Fort Collins, Colorado, Anthony Warlick of Crossville, Tennessee, Russell Warlick of North Vernon, Indiana, Melissa Irvin of Perrysburg, Ohio, and Kaydi Warlick of Indianapolis. There are 12 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Lienhoop was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three brothers, Donald, Paul, & Joseph Burbrink.
