Mark Wooten FINAL RESTING PLACE: Crothersville Cemetery VISITATION: 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the church MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS: Holiness Association Building Fund Rev. Goble Hoover Wooten, 85, of Crothersville , died at 10:14 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, at Schneck Medical Center. Goble was born January 3, 1929 in Somerset, Kentucky, the son of William and Rose Stringer Wooten. He married Marie Rodgers August 12, 1949 in Santa Monica, CA. Goble was a retired minister along with retiring from Cummins Engine Company. He was a WWII Army-Air Force Veteran, having served as a radar operator. Goble was a member of Austin Pilgrim Holiness Church. Military honors will be presented by VFW Post 1925 and American Legion Post 89. Survivors include his wife; sons, Travis and Kathy, Steve and Debbie, Mark and Pam, Todd and Dawn, all of Crothersville and George and Barbara of Seymour; daughters, Lyndia and Rocky Huffine of Crothersville and Deborah and George Papp of Cleveland, OH; sister, Mildred Wills of Cincinnati; 16 Grandchildren and 22 Great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Alonso Wooten, Robert Wooten, Luther Wooten; and sisters, Gertrude Strebeck, Catherine Lambert.
