Main Street Edinburgh, Indiana OFFICIATING CLERGY: Pastor Guy Hardin FINAL RESTING PLACE: Harmony Cemetery VISITATION: 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the church MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS: American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association Bettie L Holley, of Columbus, Indiana passed away June 12, 2014 at her home. The funeral will be Monday June 16, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at the Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church, 1010 S Main St, Edinburgh, IN, with Pastor Guy Hardin officiating. Calling will be from 3 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2014, at the church and one hour prior to the service Monday. Burial will be at Harmony Cemetery in Bartholomew County. Bettie was a member of the Shiloh Separate Baptist Church and was retired from Cosco (Dorel). Bettie was born January 31, 1939 in Barren County Kentucky, the daughter of Joe E and Knoxie Duncan Holley. Bettie was a loving mom, grandma, aunt, and sister. She loved the Lord and enjoyed visits from her family and her roses naming them after her children who got them for her. Bettie is survived by her six children, sons, Larry (Alice) Brown of Angier, NC, Ricky (Teresa) Brown and Mike (Teresa) Brown of Columbus, daughters, Beverly (Joe) Bott of Columbus, Julie (Dennis) Huber of Seymour, and Cheyanne Cornett of Columbus; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren; brothers, Bob (Jackie) Holley of Arizona, David Holley of Columbus, Danny (Ena) Holley of Kentucky, and a sister Helen Selig of Elizabethtown. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Kathryn Holley; brothers, Frank and Jerry Holley and a granddaughter, Mary Cornett. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Arrangements were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
