Guestbook

  1. Sympathy and prayers for the family. Neola and I went to work at Cummins the same day in 1955. So sorry to hear about the death. Morris and Norma Wildey North Vernon

  2. Neola will be sorely missed by any & everyone that knew her. She was so much fun and had been through way too much pain and sorrow but she didn’t let it get the best of her. She was stronger than even she realized and very intelligent and tried her best to remain a positive person and did. Cherish the memories, kids – she certainly gave us some good ones.

  3. I met Neola a few years ago. She was the wife of my cousin Bill. She struck me by her incredible amount of interests, capacity to pursue them, and the capability to succeed at them. Our family considered her quite the ‘firecracker’. We will miss her. The saving grace to her passing is that she and Bill will be together chasing a lot of wonderful and exciting adventures. Love you, jhy

  4. Toni, Dirk and Darin, Thinking of you and your sweet mom…so sorry to say I did not know of your dad or Valerie’s passing…I have many great memories of your family when you lived on Donelson Road in Busti : ) Love to you and take good care of each other. Love, Linda

  5. Neola was the best mom ever. She is now reunited with Bill, the best dad ever. And, she is also with my very dear friend, Valerie. My heart is sad. But, they are all together with God. Hugs and kisses, dear lady. My love to Dirk, Toni, and Darren, and to all mourning the loss of this wonderful woman.

  6. To the family of Neola Lord. I knew your mom when we worked at the Cummins Jamestown Engine Plant together in the 1980’s. I recall her being very professional and competent but also enjoyed having a good laugh with all. May your happy memories be forever enduring.

  7. Toni,Dirk,Darin Sending prayers and hugs to all of you. It was a great opportunity for your family to move to Busti so I could have the pleasure to know your Mom and also your dad and Val. She will be missed by alot of people and by all your family. You will always remember the good times you had and all the people you meet from your mom. Please all take care. She will be missed by Jody

  8. I was so saddened to see that dear, sweet Neola had passed on, but know she’s in a happier place. She was a wonderful friend and will be so missed by her loving family and friends. I have many happy memories of when we bowled together in Jamestown. Not just the weekly times shared but the tournaments. We looked forward to those great girls getaways at least once a year. Oh the fun we had! I will always remember and value her friendship and until we meet again, cheers to Neola.

  9. We have great memories of fun times and a great friendship. Our thoughts and prayers to Neola’s Family. Patty & Jerry Tracey Fort Walton Beach FL.

  10. darin, our most sincere thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time and the days to come. bob, joann, tom schnars

  11. Loving thoughts and deepest sympathy to my dear Neola”s family.I talked to her a couple of short weeks ago, and was so looking forward to her visit here in Florida.I too remember the bowling outings, and also the golf games, both in New York, and, Florida. The world will be a lot poorer without our sweet friend, but, she is with her beloved Bill once again.
