SERVICES: 2:30 p.m. Friday November 1, 2013 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home VISITATION: 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Funeral Home FINAL RESTING PLACE: Grandview Cemetery MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS: Patricia Burnley Memorial Fund through Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home Patricia Diane "Pat" Burnley, 59, of Franklin, died at 6:54 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin. Born in Columbus Aug. 25, 1954, Mrs. Burnley was the daughter of Alvin Moore and Peggy Harden Moore. Her husband, Archie Burnley Sr., preceded her in death in 2012. Survivors include a son, Archie Burnley Jr. of Newbern; a daughter, Peggy Townsend of Columbus; brothers, Clinton Moore of Columbus, Lonnie (Jenni) Moore of North Vernon, and Michael (Donna) Harden of Hope; sisters, Lela (Ronald) Browning of Scottsburg, Teresa (Doug) Essex of Hope, Susan Watson of Franklin, and Lori (David) Anderson of Franklin; grandchildren, Zach (Christa) Townsend, Lakeysha Burnley, Dylan Burnley, Taylor Burnley, Savannah Burnley, and Shayla Burnley; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

  6. Pat and Archie Sr. were and will always be two people I’ll hold close to my heart.. They opened their home and hearts to my sister and I without any rejections!! They accepted us for who we were.. They were soo much in love that Pat couldn’t stand living without her Big Guy!! I hope one day I can find a love true as theirs was and is!! I love you Pat and Archie, and I’ll see you soon one day!!!!

Oh grandma you will never know how much I miss you so much has changed since you and papaw left we all grew up, lakeysha and I both have very beautiful children I have a beautiful little girl and she has a handsome boy it sucks that your not here and your not able to meet them but I know in my heart you are watching over each and every single one of us. You are so dearly missed you and grandpa both
