Seaborne, 82, of 25th Street, died at 3:50 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013, at the University of Louisville Hospital. Dorothy was a founding member of Central Heights Church of God. She had been employed at Arvin Industries, retiring in 1994 after 34 years of service. She enjoyed going on vacations with her siblings throughout the years and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born in Adair County, Ky., Sept. 26, 1930, Dorothy was the daughter of Silas A. Tedder and Nettie E. Hamm Tedder. She married Herman Seaborne Feb.12, 1949.
