Guestbook

  1. May the support and compassion around you ease your heart and sustain you.I have many good memories of Debra growing up and as a young mother. Rest in peace beautiful lady.

  2. I met Debbie in high school and was a patient of hers when she was a NP in Brown County. She was very kind and caring and I always enjoyed seeing her. Condolences to her family. RIP Debbie Linda Collingsworth

  3. Ronnie, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. If there is anything Rick and I can do for you, please don’t hesitate to call. I have known Debbie for 53 years and after being away for 30 years, I was so glad to to see her once we returned to Indiana. Not only was she a dear friend who I cherished, but she was the best Nurse Practitioner any patient could have or ever wanted. She was caring, compassionate and loved her family more than life itself. Rest in peace my dear friend. I will miss your beautiful smiling face.

  4. Debbie was a great person and NP. I knew here through as a CAPNI member. She will be missed. God Bless

  5. Ron, Jared, and Family, On behalf of our family, please accept our condolences. I was sorry to hear of her passing. May the Lord carry you through this week and the months to come. Praying, Mike and Karen(risser)Riley and family

  6. So very sorry to hear of Debbies passing. She was a wonderful girl. We not only went to school together, but took dance classes together as kids. May God bless and keep you all in his care.

  7. Our thoughts and prayers go out to our neighbor, Jared and his family. Obviously, Jared, your mother was an extremely positive influence on you as we have come to know you as a neighbor, friend, and good man. Peace…

  8. I was so sorry to hear about Debbie. I know you have lost your soul mate and best friend. Just know you and your family are in my heart and prayers.

  9. I remember Debbie and I riding together to IU Med Center in Indy while working on our nursing degrees from IU. As I remember Debbie and nurse friends came to San Francisco for a convention and I took them to dinner at a restaurant on the beach as I was living in California then. I believe that was the last time I saw Debbie.

  10. Prayers to Debbie’s Family. She was such an inspiration and a positive person in my life when i worked with her. She thought the World of her Family. God Bless you all. Barb

  11. Debbie was my Nurse Practitioner in 2001 when I was going through breast cancer and for several years both prior and after. She was very personable and knowledgable. I was sorry that she left the practice and then when she became ill. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and close friends at this time. May you rest in peace, Debbie.
