Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at Silver Oaks Health Campus. Fontella was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and she and her husband served a temple mission at the Washington, D.C., Temple from 1986 to 1988. They also served a temple mission in Chicago. She enjoyed painting, sewing, dancing, tap dancing and genealogy research. Fontella also loved spending time with her family. Born in Tunnelton, IN, Oct. 18, 1921, Fontella was the daughter of William Oscar Guthrie and Hattie Mae Bailey Guthrie. She married Theodore O. Fish Nov. 20, 1942. He preceded her in death July 5, 1994. She is survived by sons, Gary (Carolyn) Fish of Dayton, OH, Randy (Marsha) Fish of Columbus, IN, and Rick Fish of Highland, UT; a daughter, Cindy (Bob) Hedger of Columbus, IN; eight grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Carl H. Guthrie; a sister, Jennie Mae Roberts; and a grandson, John Gary Fish.
