SERVICES: FUNERAL: Will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Fields officiating. VISITATION: Will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. BURIAL: Will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. MEMORIAL DONATIONS: May be made to Premier Hospice & Palliative Care, 11550 N. Meridian St., Carmel, IN, 46032. Kathleen "Kate" McCauley, 83, of S. Gladstone Avenue, died at 5:55 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012, at her home. She was born in Metcalf County, Ky., November 3, 2012, the daughter of the late Enos "Bean" Henry England and Donna B. Coates. Kate enjoyed watching TV, especially old movies, being outdoors, babysitting children, as well as taking care of people. She also enjoyed flowers, attending family gatherings, gospel and country music and especially loved animals. Kate is survived by daughters, Debra (Daniel) Holmes of Columbus, Betty (Michael) Kelly of Columbus, and Mary Louise McCauley of Brown County; five grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Kate was preceded in death by a son, John Allen McCauley; a brother, Thurman Coates; a sister, Magdalene Scott, as well as another sister.
