FUNERAL SERVICES: 2 p.m. Saturday at Watts Funeral Home in Jackson, Ky., with the Rev. Guy Hardin officiating. VISITATION: 4:00 P.M. to 8 p.m. Friday at Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church and one hour prior to the service Saturday at Watts Funeral Home. FINAL RESTING PLACE: Neddie Strong Cemetery in Whick, KY. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS: Breast Cancer Research or the donor's choice of charities. Beela Sue McDaniel Noble, 67, of Edinburgh, went to be with the Lord at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, surrounded by her loved ones at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Beela Sue graduated from Breathitt County High School and was a member of Howard's Creek Old Regular Baptist Church in Whick, KY. A cancer survivor of 18 years, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending services at Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church. She enjoyed gospel music. Local arrangements were made by Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Born in Jackson, Ky., June 25, 1945, Beela Sue was the daughter of Ader McDaniel and Jane Strong McDaniel. She married the Rev. William W. "Bill" Noble Dec. 25, 1964. He preceded her in death May 25, 2006. Survivors include daughters, Teresa (Mike) Brown of Columbus, IN, and Crystal (Jason) Britton of Edinburgh, IN; grandchildren, Katie Brown, Tayler Britton, Darren Brown and Dillon Britton; and a sister, Joyce Gabbard of Hazard, KY; She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, James Beulah McDaniel, and sisters, Lois Eversole and Faye Pennington.

  1. I got to know Beela through her visits to the hospital payment window where I work. She was always so friendly and engaging. I looked forward to seeing her.The last time I saw her I knew she had taken a turn for the worse, but as always, she had no complaints. I’m glad my path in life crossed hers. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as you grieve your loss.
