Born in Peyton, Kentucky, Aug. 10, 1928, Mr. Baldwin was the son of Richard Baldwin and Ada Taylor Baldwin. He married Louise Bryant Jan. 29, 1949. Survivors include his wife; sons, Steve (Sandy) Baldwin of Tennessee and Robert E. (Mary Lou) Baldwin of Columbus, IN; a daughter, Rebecca (Wayne) Jackson of Columbus, IN; brothers, Paul, Daniel, John and Mark Baldwin of Columbus, IN, Sam Baldwin of Florida and James Baldwin of Hartsville, IN; sisters, Jean Dickinson of Franklin, IN, and Rachel Moore of Columbus, IN; grandchildren, Michelle Orr, Robert M. Baldwin and Scott Jessie; great-grandchildren, Maya Jessie, Nina Jessie, Reagan Baldwin and Braeden Baldwin. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Omer and Ray Baldwin; and sisters, Lois Bilby and Kathryn Davis.
