Patricia A. Grube, 75, of Columbus, died at 8:10 a.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012, at Covered Bridge Health Campus in Seymour. Patricia was employed in food service for Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation and Sears from 2001 to 2005. She enjoyed reading, traveling and the New Orleans Saints football team. Born in Seymour January 2, 1937, Mrs. Grube was the daughter of Paul H. and Cora D. Roberts Hauersperger. She married Glenn R. Grube January 22, 1955. He preceded her in death May 27, 2004. She is survived by a son, Scott (Rita) Grube of Columbus; daughters, Sharon (Larry) Fisher and Penny Grube, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Tracy (Doug) Hoffman, Josh (Beth) Grube, Tyler (Olivia) Grube, Christina (Paul) Lindsay and Shelbey Grube; and great-grandchildren, Katie Hoffman, Haleigh Hoffman, Jase Hoffman, Keaton Grube and Andrew Turner. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Kevin L. Grube, in 2001; a grandson, Andrew Parker in 2004; and her parents.   5. I was a classmate of Patty at St. Bartholomew School (class of 1950) and all through Columbus High School. We knew each other pretty well because there were only 14 students in the eighth grade. My condolences to you, her family.
