  1. Eric I am sorry to hear about your father. Even though I didn’t know him I know his son. You can tell a lot about a man by his children, and with you he did good. Our parents will live on through us and the things we do. Think back a few years and you will remember me. Jimmy Mac

  2. Joyce, sorry to hear about your father. Was with you and Jim in CHS and knew your father thru Rex Breeden and some other real estate dealings. I share the tradgedy of losing a father with you and can tell you it takes time and many thoughts and prayers. You have my sympathy and thoughts and prayers. Jim Behrman

  3. I knew Bernard from the time he joined Breeden Realtors. My contacts with him were always cordial, no surprise since he was a cordial gentleman and he had a great sense of humor. I will miss him and I am sad that I am out of town until April 29.

  4. we believe we lost a friend–we believe we lost a buisness mentor–we know we will miss him greatly!

  5. Matt and Ben, I know your Grandpa Hunter loved you both unconditionally! He was a great man and cared very much about the two of you and your mom, Nancy. Love Aunt Cathy

  6. I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Bernard’s death. He was such a wonderful friend and business associate to my Dad. I’m glad I had the chance to know him better during the summers I worked at Breeden Realty so many years ago. Bernard was such a sweet man, with a wonderful smile and terrific sense of humor! I know he will be greatly missed. I will be thinking of you during these tough times. Take care.

  7. Eric my condolences on the passing of your father. I knew of him by reputation only and many people talked highly of him. You and your family are in my prayers,Gary
