Brent A. Reedy, 65, of Lake Crest Drive, died at 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at Kindred Indianapolis South Hospital. Mr. Reedy retired from Cummins Engine Company in 1998. He was an enthusiast of anything regarding the military and attended Midway Assembly of God Church. Born in Columbus Dec. 6, 1946, Mr. Reedy was the son of Charles and Ruth Jewell Reedy. He is survived by daughters, Anna (Andy) Walter of Clarksville, TN, and Dawna (Pedro) Cadena-Rodriguez of Columbus, IN; brothers, Dennis (Tammy) Reedy of Columbus, IN, and Mike (Debbie) Reedy of Franklin, IN; and grandchildren, Jjolexys Rodriguez, Dustin Walter, Logan Jimenez and Kyla Jimenez. He was preceded in death by his parents and his companion, Jacqueline Baker. FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2012, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Virl Murray officiating. CALLING: 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. BURIAL: Lambert Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of South Central Indiana.

I am so sorry to your family for such a great loss. My heart aches for all of you guys but just know there is no more suffering.Brent was such a amazing man who was always full of stories of his life that he loved to share. He will be greatly missed. Hes in Heaven with God and Jackie and they are watching down and smiling.
