Raymond E. Taylor, 80, of Central Avenue, died at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at Willow Crossing Health & Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Taylor retired from Reliance Electric after 35 years of services. Born in Campbellsville, Ky., July 8, 1931, Mr. Taylor was the son of Rufus Andrew and Kattie Wright Taylor. He married Eileen R. King. She preceded him in death Jan. 16, 2012. Mr. Taylor is survived by a daughter, Marjorie Taylor of Columbus, and a brother, Paul M. (Mary) Taylor of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and a son, Alan Ray Taylor. Memorial contributions may be made to Elizabethtown United Methodist Church or the American Heart Association. SERVICES: 1:30 p.m. Thursday January 19, 2012at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. VISITATION: Wednesday 4:00 till 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. BURIAL: Daugherty Cemetery
