Evelyn I. Armuth, 91, of Central Avenue, died at 6:21 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Evelyn was a 4-H leader, Cub Scout leader and a member of Farm Bureau. She enjoyed baking and sewing. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church Clifty and a former member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church where she was active in several organizations. Born at Jonesville, April 1,1920, Evelyn was the daughter of Edward J. Pardieck and Adelina Schuette Pardieck. She married Charles W. Armuth September 8, 1946. He preceded her in death August 13, 2002. She is survived by a son, Wayne L. Armuth of Columbus, IN; a daughter, Lorene (Marvin) Bradley of Columbus,IN; brothers, William Pardieck of Columbus, IN; a grandson, Charles R. Armuth; and step grandchildren, Christopher Bradley and Gregory Bradley. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, John W. Armuth; a brother, Orville Pardieck; and a sister, Leona Pardieck. FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Monday, December 5, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Douglas Bauman officiating. CALLING: 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday. BURIAL: Garland Brook Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the "Making Mission Possible" Fund at St. Paul Lutheran Church or the donor's choice of charities.
