Mrs. McIntosh is survived by a daughter, Holly Noble of Columbus,IN; granddaughter, Melissa Noble of Evansville,IN; niece, Norma Lauderbaugh of Columbus,IN. Mrs. McIntosh is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas E. & Mae Cleghorn Lauderbaugh; brother, Jim Lauderbaugh; sister, Roberta Antonia SERVICES: Cremation is planned. There will be no services.
