Michael Scott Lewellen, 58, of Columbus, died at 10:16 p.m. Thursday, June 16, 2011, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Mr. Lewellen was a former chef in Columbus, Ohio, and a part-time antique dealer. He loved gardening, flowers and cooking. Born in Soda Springs, Idaho, March 16, 1953, Mr. Lewellen was the son of Henry M. and Nondas Wallentine Lewellen. They preceded him in death. He is survived by a brother, Robert M. Lewellen of Columbus.
