Donna Marie Ott November 08, 1938 - March 10, 2011 Donna Marie Ott, 72, of Grove Parkway, died at 5:37 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2011, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Donna retired from the Bartholomew County Sheriffs Department in 1993 after several years of service. She was a member of First Christian Church and Ladies of the Moose and enjoyed crafts, beading, traveling, reading and working in her yard. She also loved spending time with her family and friends and loved her animals. Born Nov. 8, 1938, in Columbus, Mrs. Ott was the daughter of Glen L. Coles and Hazel M. Bennett. She married Oram L. Ott June 22, 1957. Survivors include her husband; a son, Robert (Dawn) Ott of Taylorsville; a daughter, Teresa (Cornelius) Ritchie of North Vernon; grandchildren, Robert II, Brandon, Tyler, April and Ashley; and great-grandchildren, Makenna, Nevaeh, Colin, Cayden and Ellie. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Lester Coles; and a sister, Gwenith Grimes. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 10 a.m. Monday, March 14, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Dan Wallace officiating. CALLING: 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service Monday.
