Edward Niemoeller September 08, 1922 - June 25, 2010 Edward W. Niemoeller, 87, of West 450 South, died at 5:20 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2010, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Care Facility. Edward was born Sept. 8, 1922 in Bartholomew County, the son of Herman and Alvina Schroer Niemoeller. Edward was a farmer for all of his life. He also worked at the Bartholomew County Highway Department and drove a school bus for many years. He was also a Bartholomew County Highway Superintendent for several of those years. He was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church White Creek. Edward is survived by nieces and nephews, Donald (Kay) Niemoeller of Columbus, Lois Shoemaker of Vallonia, Barbara Barbie (Chris) Niemoeller-Baker of Columbus with whom he lived, and Dennis (Christina) Niemoeller of Concord, Calif.; several great-nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews. Edward was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Elmer Niemoeller, Carl Niemoeller, Benjamin Niemoeller, Alvin Niemoeller and Walter Niemoeller; sisters, Esther Niemoeller Moorman, Margaret Niemoeller and Mary Minnie Niemoeller; nieces and nephews Betty Quillen, Glenn Niemoeller, Robert Niemoeller, Bertha Moorman and Ruth Moorman. Funeral Information FUNERAL: Will be at noon Monday at St. Johns Lutheran Church White Creek with Pastor Eldon Brant officiating. VISITATION: Will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the church. BURIAL: Will be at St. Johns Lutheran Church Cemetery White Creek.
