Charles B. "Chuck" Vincent June 15, 1933 - May 23, 2010 Charles B. Chuck Vincent, 76, of Milmar Court, died at 4:40 p.m. Sunday, May 23, 2010, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Mr. Vincent was owner of Chucks Contracting Service and retired from the Ramada Inn after 10 years of service. He attended Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church, was a member of St. Johns Masonic Lodge No. 20 and enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening and his dogs. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Born in Muhlenburg County, Ky., June 15, 1933, Mr. Vincent was the son of Charles E. and Mary Edna Woodall Vincent. He married Wanda Lee Bailey Sept. 13, 1951. Survivors include his wife; sons, Stephen Wayne Vincent of Taylorsville and Daniel (Christina) Vincent of Shelbyville; daughters, Donna (Ron) Trowbridge of Taylorsville and Janie (Tony) Burton of Columbus; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Genon (Fred) Davis of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Charles R. Vincent; and a sister, Nell Miller. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Ledwinka officiating. CALLING: 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Friday. A Masonic memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. ENTOMBMENT: Garland Brook Mausoleum. Donations Information Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana.
