Pamela J. Templeton January 14, 1960 - January 21, 2009 Pamela J. Templeton, 49, of Scipio died at 2:35 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Mrs. Templeton, a member of North Vernon First Christian Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army, was employed in the Jennings County School Corp. central office. She enjoyed going to Disneyworld and Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Born in Bartholomew County Jan. 14, 1960, Mrs. Templeton was the daughter of Larry and Barbara Combs Lutz. She married Richard Templeton Aug. 24, 1985. Survivors include her husband; a son, Shane (Julie) Templeton of Scipio; a daughter, Kylie Templeton of Scipio; brothers, Kevin Lutz and Darrel (Lynn) Lutz, both of Scipio; and grandchildren, Skyler and Phoenix Templeton. She was preceded in death by a sister, Genise K. Lutz; paternal grandparents, Paul and Agnes Lutz; and maternal grandparents, Everett and Hilda Combs. Funeral Information VISITATION: Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2009 at Jewell - Rittman Family Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Saturday. FUNERAL: The funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Mitch Coggin officiating. BURIAL: Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery and military graveside rites will be conducted by the Bartholomew County Veterans Color Guard.
