Born in Cullman, Alabama April 4, 1949, Ms. Ratliff was the daughter of Bonnie Jean Moorehead Hoffman of Emmit, Michigan and the late T. Amon Sterling. Other survivors include a son, T Tom (Kim) Ratliff of Columbus; a daughter, Teressa (Kip) Ratliff-Burks of Fishers; grandchildren, Jeramiah Ratliff and Nicolas, Sydney and Emily Burks; brothers, Robert and Larry Sterling, both of Columbus; and sisters, Patricia Hampton and Brenda Feltner, both of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Donald Sterling.
