Survivors include her father, Ronald Wayne Whitehead of Cincinnati; her stepfather(Dad), Paul Allen Lockridge Sr. of Columbus; her mother Jeanette Lynn Alexander Lockridge of Columbus; a special companion, Jill Faulkner, a stepdaughter, Summer Faulkner, a brother, James Wayne Whitehead of Seattle, WA; stepbrothers, Paul Allen Lockridge Jr. and Gary Lee Lockridge, both of Shelbyville; and a stepsister, Rose Mary (Thomas) Goeft of Holton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews especially a special nephew Michael Allen Lee Hall. She was preceded in death by her brother Robert John Whitehead. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 10:30 a.m. Thursday; August 7, 2008 at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Rev. Orville Turner officiating.
