Jody M. Furlow June 12, 1960 - July 30, 2008 Jody M. Furlow, 48, of Parkway Drive died at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Ms. Furlow enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and playing computer games. An ordained minister, she never met a stranger and was an organ donor. Born in Decatur County June 12, 1960, Ms. Furlow was the daughter of Elmer F. and Dorothy M. Glenn Meredith. She is survived by her mother, of Columbus; a companion, Anna Kerr of Columbus; sons, William (Brenda) Ragan of Columbus and Eddie (Christina) Ragan of Bloomington; a daughter, Jody M. (Torrey Gorbett) Ragan of North Vernon; stepsons, Jerry and Elmer Regan, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Kirsten, Jazmine and Zeke Ragan, Sean and Gavin Burton and Brandon Hashman; stepgrandchildren, Ashley and Alex Krebbs; and brothers, Gary (Louise) Spurling of Kentucky, Robert (Jill) Spurling and Glenn (Letta) Meredith, all of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Isabelle Wright. Funeral Information VISITATION: 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
