Mrs. Stepp is survived by her husband, Courtley Lee Stepp; a son, Michael (Amber) Riley of Columbus; daughters, Patricia (Rick) Hicks of Petersburg, Ky., and Shannon (Robin) Rutan of Columbus; 15 granchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 6 sisters; and 3 brothers. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen Ann Riley. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2008 at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Rev.
