A former Farm Bureau Womens Director, Mrs. Hoeltke was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church and 4-H. She enjoyed flowers as well as feeding and watching birds. Born in Bartholomew County July 4, 1928, Mrs. Hoeltke was the daughter of Thomas Austin and Hazel Belle Ping Brickey. She married Ernest Donald Hoeltke Nov. 12, 1948. Survivors include a son, Jeff Hoeltke of Columbus; daughters, Pamela Kay (Ned) Fear of Hartsville and Rebecca Ann (Greg) Koers of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Cindy (Tony) Pacheco and Matt Koers, both of Indianapolis, and Bryce and Leah Hoeltke, both of Columbus; great-grandchildren, Noah, Grace and Lilly Pacheco, all of Indianapolis; a sister, Dorothy I. Duncan of Columbus; a sister-in-law, Lucille (Newlyn) Hosea; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband on July 22, 1981; and her parents. Funeral Information VISITATION: Calling will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Jewell - Rittman Family Funeral Home and also Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
