Michael Lynn Davis December 10, 1950 - May 09, 2007 Michael Lynn Davis, 56, of Elizabethtown died Wednesday, May 9, 2007, in Bloomington. Mr. Davis was formerly employed by Bowman Garage Builders for three years and also worked at Ronnies Body Shop for several years. He loved demolition derbies, NASCAR, camping and his family. Born in Bartholomew County Dec. 10, 1950, Mr. Davis was the son of Willard Davis Jr. and Mary I. Davis. Survivors include his mother, of Elizabethtown; his former spouse, Karen May Davis; a daughter, Cindy Lynn (Chuck A. Thacker) Osborn of Bloomington; an adopted daughter, Selina Davis of Columbus; a grandson, Chad Butler; a brother, Dean Davis of Elizabethtown; a sister, Penny (Donnie) Miller of Columbus; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister-in-law, Brenda J. Smith Funeral Information VISITATION: Calling will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday. FUNERAL SERVICE: The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Lucas officiating. BURIAL: Burial will be at Daugherty Cemetery.
